Dr. Lo is accomplished in all breast augmentation techniques including the periareolar approach. Dr. Lo also has special expertise in the transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation technique. This technique has been gaining popularity as there are NO incisions or scars on the breast because the small 1 inch incision is placed deep within the armpit. Dr. Lo is highly experienced in this technique and has been performing this technique for years. He is pleased to offer this state-of-the art, proven technique to his patients.

Meeting your Aesthetic Goals 

During your consultation, Dr. Lo will extensively discuss with you your objectives for breast augmentation surgery. Sizers will be used to assist you in determining your desired size and shape. To give you the result you desire, Dr. Lo will use a two-step approach during your surgery. Dr. Lo will first place temporary implants and adjust the volume until he is satisfied it will meet your goals. He will then replace the temporary implants with the permanent implants. With this approach for exact volume determination, you can be assured that your final breast shape and size is what you wanted.

Breast Lift 

Over the years, the breast skin loses elasticity and the breasts begin to sag, losing their shape and firmness. Breast lift or mastopexy is a surgical procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts. If the breasts are small or have lost volume through weight loss or pregnancy, implants may be inserted in conjunction with mastopexy to restore the firmness and size of the breasts.

Breast Reduction

Women with large, pendulous breasts may experience back pain, skin irritation, postural problems and even breathing difficulties. Exercise may be difficult.
